Misdemeanor – Maximum Penalties

    • 12 months in jail
    • $1,000 fine
    • 12 months of probation
  • 2nd Degree
    • 60 days in jail
    • $500 fine
    • 6 months of probation

Yes, I can file for a record sealing or a record expunction of the criminal case history.  Certain criminal charges are eligible for this procedure, and others are ineligible according to Florida law.  We can discuss whether you qualify for a sealing or expunction.
