In the early days, Arthur attended the Peddie School. It was more like a college than a traditional high school. Students lived on campus in dormitories and were from countries all over the world. Arthur’s junior year roommate was from Seoul, South Korea. That summer they both attended a program at the University of Oxford located in Oxford, England.
After graduation from Peddie, Arthur matriculated at Boston University. Over the next four years he concentrated in Communications and graduated with a Bachelor of Science therein. For the sports fans reading this section, he lived in Boston during three New England Patriots Super Bowl victories and the first Boston Red Sox World Series title since trading the legendary Babe Ruth to the New York Yankees in 1920. These were exciting years to live in Boston.
Next, he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to attend the Florida Coastal School of Law. After three years of intensive legal study, Arthur earned his Juris Doctor degree. He was now ready for the Florida Bar Examination. He passed the examination on the first attempt. He next took the New York Bar Examination. History repeated itself and he passed that exam, also. Armed with a law degree and licenses to practice law in two of the most competitive states in the country, Arthur prepared for his next big challenge: Washington, D.C.
Within 30 days of arrival in Washington, D.C., he secured an entry-level legislative aide position in the United States Senate on Capitol Hill. Thereafter, he segued into the private sector. Arthur worked on large-scale mergers and acquisitions, such as the T-Mobile and AT&T merger. He performed due diligence analysis of various companies for regulatory compliance with U.S. Department of Justice antitrust requirements.
As exciting as events were in D.C., ultimately, Arthur knew that he must return to the good life in Florida. The friendly faces and incredible weather were irresistible. Upon returning to the Sunshine State, he accepted a job representing banks and lenders in mortgage loan litigation held in state and federal courts. He subsequently devoted his focus, time, and attention to the subjects of personal injury law and criminal defense law. These are where he excels most.
Arthur has handled car accident cases and arrest cases for many years. He is very skilled and effective at getting the best results for his clients. He treats clients the same way that he wants to be treated himself: with care, respect, responsiveness, and a friendly attitude. Call him today to learn how he can help you with your case.
