Why Should I Hire You?

Experience matters and Arthur has plenty of it.  He began practicing law in 2010 and has exceeded client expectations ever since.  First and foremost, he provides excellent client care.  During the pendency of your case, you want someone to keep you informed about the progress and developments.  Arthur clearly and regularly communicates with clients, so they feel comfortable about the process.  For some people, outcome uncertainty is the most intimidating part.  He will guide you through the legal labyrinth.

Regarding technical legal proficiency, he masters the practice of law through innovative insights and adroitness.  Peak performance requires refinement of craft.  With over a decade of experience, he has tackled myriad issues and fact patterns.  Your scenario likely resembles a former case he litigated.  To reiterate, experience matters.

Arthur handles personal injury cases such as motor vehicle collisions, also known as car accidents.  These can involve any combination of cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicyclists, and pedestrians.  He also works with clients facing criminal charges for misdemeanors and felonies.  Those typically involve DUI, Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of a Crash, Aggravated Assault and Battery, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Controlled Substances, and a host of other charges.  Please feel encouraged to call the office to discuss the details of your case today.

Experienced Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Attorney

An arrest is serious business.  It can affect your life for days, months, and even years.  Furthermore, it may impact those around you such as a spouse, child, or employer.  I help clients regain control of their lives and exercise their constitutional rights to the fullest extent possible in courts of law.  To create a good defense strategy, you should begin immediately because the State Attorney’s Office is already working on their side of the case.  Who is working on yours?

Concerning personal injury cases, I deal with a wide spectrum of fact patterns.  When someone first visits my office, they are often still in pain and surrounded by chaos.  Their vehicle is destroyed, so how will they get around?  Maybe their automobile insurance policy provides a rental vehicle, but maybe not.  What about finding the proper medical treatment and doctors?  Who specializes in that type of injury?  Will health insurance cover any of the costs?  I know the answers to these questions.  I provide you with the guidance needed during this period of uncertainty.  They call me a “legal counselor” for a reason.
